Risk Disclaimer

Please read this before using VigiLabs to trade real funds.

Trading is high-risk

Meme coin trading is extremely high-risk. Prices are highly volatile and can move dramatically in seconds. Many tokens have very thin liquidity, and some are scams or "rug pulls" designed to take your money. You can lose your entire balance, quickly and without warning. Only ever trade funds you can afford to lose completely.

VigiLabs is a tool, not advice

VigiLabs is an execution tool. It carries out the trading decisions you configure and the signals from callers you choose to follow. Nothing in VigiLabs — including any signal it acts on, any default setting, or any preset — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. VigiLabs does not recommend any token, caller, or strategy, and does not assess whether any trade is suitable for you.

You are responsible for your decisions

  • You choose your callers. VigiLabs acts on signals from the channels you follow. A poor, dishonest, or compromised caller can cause VigiLabs to buy tokens you would never choose yourself.
  • You set your rules. Your buy sizes, slippage, take-profit, and stop-loss settings are your decisions, and they determine your exposure.
  • You control the funds. You decide how much to deposit and when to withdraw.

Automatic exits are not guaranteed

Take-profit and stop-loss rules depend on liquidity and market conditions when they fire. In fast-moving or illiquid markets, exits may fill at a worse price than your target or fail to fill at all. A stop-loss does not guarantee you'll avoid a loss, and it does not cap your losses in all conditions.

Execution risks

Trades are submitted to decentralized exchanges on public blockchains. Fills can be affected by slippage, network congestion, failed transactions, price movement between signal and execution, and other on-chain conditions outside VigiLabs' control. VigiLabs cannot guarantee that any trade will execute, or execute at any particular price.

Custodial risk

VigiLabs holds the keys to your trading wallets so it can trade for you. This is a significant risk that you should understand fully before funding an account — see Security & Custody.

No guarantees

VigiLabs is provided "as is." It does not guarantee profits, uptime, or any particular outcome. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Regulation and your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including any tax obligations arising from your trading. Crypto trading may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction. Make sure you're permitted to use a service like this before you do.

By using VigiLabs, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading activity and its outcomes.
