VigiLabs is a subscription service. A single subscription unlocks all chains, unlimited callers, and full execution rules. This page explains the plans, the free trial, and promo codes.

Plans

VigiLabs offers subscription plans of different lengths, with the longer plans working out cheaper per month. Every plan unlocks the same full feature set — all chains, unlimited callers, and complete take-profit and stop-loss rules. The difference between plans is only the length and the effective monthly rate.

Free trial

You can start with a free trial before paying anything. During the trial you get access to the app to try the service out, with some limits compared to a full subscription. No payment is taken to start a trial, and you can convert to a paid plan when you're ready.

When a trial ends without converting, automated trading and group management stop, but you keep access to view and withdraw your funds — those are never gated.

Promo codes

If you joined through a caller group that has a promo code, you can enter it on the subscribe screen. A valid code applies a discount to your first paid charge. You enter the code in the app when subscribing — the discounted amount is what gets charged.

Paying

VigiLabs takes payment through its integrated crypto payment checkout. When you subscribe, you're taken to the checkout to complete payment, and once it's confirmed your full access is unlocked.

What happens if my subscription lapses

If your subscription expires, you stay logged in and keep full access to view and withdraw your funds — VigiLabs never blocks access to your money. What pauses is automated trading and the ability to add or remove groups. Renew to turn those back on.
