Frequently Asked Questions
Is my money safe?
VigiLabs is custodial — it holds the keys to your trading wallets so it can trade for you automatically. That's a real risk you should understand fully before funding an account. Your wallet keys are encrypted, you're required to back up your recovery key, and you can view and withdraw your funds at any time. But because keys are stored server-side, you should treat your trading wallet as active-trading spending money, not long-term storage. Please read Security & Custody.
Which chains do you support?
Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, TON, and HyperEVM. You only need wallets for the chains you actually want to trade.
Do I need to add a bot to my Telegram groups?
No. You log in with your own Telegram account, and VigiLabs reads signals through your session. No bot is added to your Telegram chats, and nobody else can see your groups. For Discord, the VigiLabs bot does need to be in the server so it can read the channels you follow.
How fast does it execute?
VigiLabs aims to act on a signal in a fraction of the time it would take by hand. Actual speed depends on the chain and current network conditions.
Can I use my own wallet, or does it generate one?
Both work. You can generate a fresh wallet inside the app, or import an existing one (for example from Phantom, MetaMask, Jupiter, or Uniswap). Either way, VigiLabs needs to be able to sign transactions automatically to trade for you.
Can I stop trading whenever I want?
Yes. The Stop All Trading switch halts all buying and selling immediately. You can also unfollow callers or close individual positions at any time. Selling and closing are never blocked.
What happens when a stop-loss or take-profit fires?
VigiLabs sells according to your rules — a portion at each take-profit level, or the whole position at your stop-loss. Keep in mind that in fast or illiquid markets, exits can fill at a worse price than your target or fail to fill. A stop-loss is not a guarantee against loss.
Does VigiLabs decide which tokens are good?
No. VigiLabs executes the signals from callers you follow. It does not judge whether a token is safe or likely to succeed. Only follow callers you trust, and rely on your own position sizing and exit rules to manage risk.
What does it cost?
VigiLabs is a subscription, with different plan lengths and a free trial to start. A promo code from a caller group can discount your first paid charge. Always check the current price and terms on the subscribe screen. See Pricing & Plans.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
You stay logged in and can always view and withdraw your funds. Automated trading and group management pause until you renew.
Is this financial advice?
No. VigiLabs is an execution tool, not financial advice. Nothing it does is a recommendation. Meme coin trading is high-risk and you can lose everything — see the Risk Disclaimer.
